Membership support and participation is essential to the success of our organization and our goals. The Association is an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1985. The Association is a charter member of the Blue Ribbon Coalition. We also support Tread Lightly. The purpose of the Association is to preserve the trail riders access to National Forest, State Parks, and BLM Lands, and to protect the resources of these lands. The Association also plans recreation opportunities for the members and their families while promoting trail riding as a legitimate and respectable activity. The Association is working with the National Parks Service, the BLM and State Parks, to develop designated trail systems for ATV's and Off Road Motorcycles in all these areas. We are also involved with the Off-Highway Vehicle Council to promote the multiple use concepts on our public lands. The Association hosts volunteer events in many areas. We combine volunteer and constructive activities with our riding events. Some of these include the Taylors Fork-Cedar Hollow trail yearly clean-up project and the annual Utah ATV Ride For Life, to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation of Utah. We have planned rides every month. We have camp outs, pot lucks, ATV rodeos, and picnics. We have a newsletter to let you know when and what is happening and what is coming up in the future.
